Sculptor Tim Garcia lives and creates in Maui Hawaii. He works in Stone, local wood and Metal. His work follows a Eastern sensibility of strong form and balance with a respect for materials used. His work is in the collection of Capital Modern the state art museum as well as major resorts including Four Seasons, Wailea, Maui, Kona Village Resort, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii Grand Wailea Resort, Wailea, Maui. He has public works in Hawaii and New Zealand and is in private collections world wide. He is owner of Wailea Contemporary Studio/Gallery. Tim’s roots are from the Southbay, and attended School on the Palos Verdes Peninsula and Torrance area. His family still resides there and has much love and fond memories of Portuguese Bend Club.
