I was born and raised in Palos Verdes, California where I took advantage of the beautiful coastline from day one.

Photography came to be by way of my Grandfather, Robert L Sanders who partnered with Ansel Adams in the 1960's and 1970's. Many of their techniques were shared with me; allowing me to understand a style and approach of 'making the photo'.

Education and personal experience sharpened my photography skills over the years, but my formal education took me into the world of Business Management.

Career objectives brought me to partnership in a firm, focusing on Brand Enhancement through Marketing efforts and Operation refinement.

In 2008, after a large economic recession I started my own business focusing on my passion; photography.

My experiences have allowed me to enjoy serving various styles of publications, from a local start-up to a world-wide music magazine.

I have had two books published, 'The Great Peninsula', (sold out) a coffee table style book showing the elements of Palos Verdes that only a local perspective can bring, and 'Coastal California, The Wild Life'; a 200 page book brought together by local conservation photographers and Jeff Corwin from Animal Planet.

My volunteer work has served Marine Mammal Care Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, Cougar Conservancy, National Wildlife Federation, Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy, Port of Los Angeles, local Police and various school districts.

I now specialize in fine art photography for private and commercial clients, filling walls and websites for various homes and industries.

Current clients include Catalina View Wines, Coral Tree Hospitality, Raymond James Financial, CB Richard Ellis, International Luxury Hotel Association, South Bay Galleria, City of Palos Verdes Estates, City of Torrance, UCLA, Marriott Hotels and several franchise/small businesses.

My photography is in over 120 homes and 22 businesses.
